Starting at $295 for a full home inspection, you can have the piece of mind that you will know the current condition of the property you plan to purchase. The Home Inspection Report includes a digital document with sections of each part of the home or commercial building, detailing the overall conditions, point out where repairs are needed and suggestions for further assessment.
To your advantage, the full home report also includes 2 important insurance inspections (often required by the lender entity in order to approve a mortgage agreement): a 4-point inspection and a Windstorm Mitigation Report. This will save you a step in the closing process and inform you of the current insurability of the property you are about to purchase.

I'm a Florida licensed home inspector and mold assessor serving the Volusia, Seminole and Orange counties. I have personally completed over 3,200 property inspections with a customer base that includes buyers, sellers, homeowners and insurance companies.
